Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is more than a behavior management program—it's a proactive framework for creating safe, predictable, positive, and inclusive environments where all students can thrive. Designed specifically for Expanded Learning educators, this interactive workshop introduces the foundations of PBIS and provides practical strategies to strengthen relationships, increase student engagement, establish positive expectations and routines, prevent and respond to challenging behaviors, and use simple data to guide continuous improvement. Participants will leave with a foundational understanding of PBIS, ready-to-use tools, and the confidence to create positive learning environments that support student success and align with the California Expanded Learning Quality Standards.
