About me
Bill Fennessy has been a pioneer and thought leader in Expanded Learning Older Youth programs for over 20 years. He previously opened 16 high school ASSETs programs across 4 counties and 7 school districts, with all of them reaching 100% ADA in their first year of operation. He continues with the innovative work for older youth, currently with the California AfterSchool Network (CAN).
