About me
Greg Fry serves as Coordinator, School Climate at the San Mateo County Office of Education, where he leads initiatives including PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) and Social-Emotional Learning. He is also the co-lead of Region 4 CAPBIS, supporting 7 counties.
Greg brings more than 17 years of experience in education as a special education teacher, site and district administrator, and county-level leader, with deep expertise in advancing positive behavior, elevating student voice, and expanding equitable practices and student support. He also brings many years of experience running summer camps and nonprofit programs for youth.
Greg is passionate about building school environments where every student has a champion, is known by name, feels supported, and empowered to be their best.
