About me
Gretchen Kelly is an Educational Administrator for Multi-Tiered Systems of Support at the Monterey County Office of Education. She partners with schools, districts, families, and community organizations to strengthen school climate and create environments where all students feel safe, connected, and supported. Gretchen provides professional learning and coaching in MTSS, positive behavior interventions and supports, school climate, and practical strategies for preventing and responding to challenging behavior. Her facilitation emphasizes accessible tools, hands-on practice, and approaches educators and families can use immediately to support children and youth.
