About me
Kendra Fujino O'Donoghue is the Founder and Executive Director of Envision Your Pathway (EYP), a women-led nonprofit that equips opportunity youth with the vision, skills, community, and agency needed to navigate education, employment, and life. Over the past six years, she has designed and facilitated youth leadership, workforce readiness, civic engagement, and purpose-discovery programs serving more than 500 young people across Santa Clara County. Prior to founding EYP, Kendra held leadership roles in local government, education, and nonprofit organizations focused on community impact and youth success. Her work centers on creating engaging, youth-centered learning experiences that help young people identify their strengths, discover purpose, and build confidence in their future.
